say Dreams.
You say 'Dreams.'

say Dreams
You say 'Dreams'

*** The mobile isn't responsive to any alternative syntax of the basic 'dreams', which from my limited observations appears to include both capitalization and punctuation. Also;

say dreams
You say 'dreams'

*** Once an attempt is made to trigger the mobile with a capitalized or punctuated syntax of the basic keyword (or both), the basic keyword itself apparently will no longer trigger the mobile afterwards either. I defeated it, awaited its respawning from outside of the area and then returned, and finally triggered its prog successfully by saying the bare keyword once more without either capitalization or punctuation.

I was unable to repro this behavior.
