The orb of sparks, or whatever the name, from the Invoker in Galadon, isn't helping Lightning Bolt (probably other lightning spells too.. haven't tested).

It's not giving the % bonus in spells, nor is "humming" when a lightning spell is cast. Don't have the log though..

By design. It only helps your low level lightning spells.
