Transmuters can accelerate, and petrify mobs whilst a ghost.

Unsure if this is intended, or should only be while in
combat. I gathered this is because like other offensive spells Transmuters use while fighting and as a ghost, these two do allow
transmuters to benefit the mobs involved in some situations.

Untested against PC's.
