#8574, "Affects of Impale not cured as one"

I remember some time ago that skills/spells with multiple
affects were getting dispelled/cancelled as one item instead
of many.

However, it doesn't see to work either with Impale, or with
the power Altruism.

Here's the log of me using altruism on the Maran, getting an
echo that it was cured, but there's still one affect of Impale
going on.

==============

call altruism
Your spiritual link eases your mental burden.
You call upon the power of the Light and bear a Maran
Tara'bal's suffering in its place.
A Maran Tara'bal looks better.
You are now burdened with impale.
Your altruism cures the impale.

You continue to bleed from your wounds.
You fade into existence.
Your bleeding injures you.

You are affected by:
Spell: 'giant strength' modifies strength by 4 for 27 hours.
Spell: 'detect magic' for 27 hours.
Spell: 'detect invis' for 27 hours.
Spell: 'fly' for 10 hours.
Skill: 'impale' modifies dexterity by -4 for 7 hours.
Spell: 'control translucence' for 5 hours.
Spell: 'pass door' for 5 hours.
Spell: 'stone skin' modifies armor class by -40 for 4 hours.
Spell: 'slow' modifies dexterity by -4 for 0 hours.

You speed up again.
You continue to bleed from your wounds.
Your bleeding injures you.
==========

Altruism picks affect by affect whether it'll cure it for you.
