<45 Shf> Someone 100% hp 100% mana 100% mv 355665 xp
<44 Ber> Googee 100% hp 100% mana 100% mv 365489 xp

Orcs are supposed to be 0 exp penalty but I have 10k exp more than the human shifter and he is a higher rank. Is it because of adaptations?

It's part of the race, not the class. See the 'races' link in the sidebar.
