#8016, "Invoker first tier spells"


          

Is it a bug that for the first tier spells(touches only), you can no longer improve by spamming? 'Cos I've spent hours casting the touches over and over again, but absolutely no improvement. I remembered perfecting the touches with spamming with my previous invoker. Please enlighten, thank you.
