For some reason I thought Outlanders were exempt from exp loss to pc's and their pets while wanted. Was I mistaken in this? I was flagged and died to a pet with the Tribunal in the same room and lost some 12k exp.
This seems more than a little harsh and would greatly reduce the incentive of outlanders to a) get warranted and b) fight anything with a pet while warranted.
If part of the overall goal is to encourage cabal conflicts and pk engagement, this kind of defeats that goal and will have pretty much the opposite effect for me. Especially with a relatively difficult PC to try an advance anyway.
This may belong more in the gameplay realm than the bug board but I thought perhaps the Outlander connection made it a bug.
