Joeblow sings 'The night wind beckoned loudly
And spoke in threaded tongues
A secret burned within her eyes
The air trapped in her lungs...'
You call upon the Imperial Codex to protect you from Joeblow's song.
You have become better at light into shadow!

Seems Light into Shadow works great. Except I'm only a "Shadow Dweller" and shouldn't have the power yet. Doesn't show up on the powers list either. Not sure if this is for all Empire powers, or just this one in particular.

It's a skill (not a power) and Shadow Dwellers do get it.
