#7273, "Preservation and Forest Fires."


          

When you use preservation on a wilderness area turned to ashes (there is no longer an ongoing fire), it returns to a wilderness area. However: a fire begins anew on its own and spreads once again. Bug?

It doesn't extinguish nearby fires, which could conceivably spread back in.
