#7154, "feral growl"


          

The timer for the felar inherent ability "feral growl" isn't resent upon character death. A felar could feral growl, immediately die, then be unable to growl again for ~15 hours. Not sure if this applies to other races' inherents as well.

Inherents do not get cleared on death.
