#7057, "Dwarven inherent detect secret passage does not improve?"
If it is meant to go above 75%, then the logic needs to be checked because no matter how many secret doors I walk by, I've never seen it budge. Since it isn't infallible at 75%, I think the improvement rates need to be examined.
