I wonder if briars is supposed to affect your friends?

All in all when the druid is standing there he should be able to warn his mates/control the briars so they dont go into the briars all in all?

Maby atleast give them a chance not walking into it when the druid is there. It would make sense if they walk into it when the druid is not there though.

Define friends a little better?

Some folks won't get hit, some will, but it depends on your definition of friends.
