The summoning room
From its decor, there is little doubt that this room had one purpose
and one purpose only; summoning and communicating with demons, devils, and
other creatures from the nether planes. Everything about the room points
to that single conclusion, from the solid steel walls and steel-lined door
to the inlaid pentagram on the floor. The walls are scorched and covered
in soot, as though there had been a great heat in this room; hardly
surprising, given the nature of those most likely to answer the call of
a summoner.
