This guy targets everything except what it should.

A monstrous mors-gravis demon's beating DISMEMBERS an examining explorer!
An ice elemental's frigid chop DISMEMBERS an examining explorer!
An ice elemental's frigid chop DISMEMBERS an examining explorer!
Freezing winds gather around an ice elemental in a frenzied storm of sleet!
As an ice elemental brings its hands together, a cone of freezing ice shoots out from its fingertips.
An ice elemental's cone of cold MASSACRES you!
An ice elemental's cone of cold *** DEMOLISHES *** Nosajj!
An ice elemental's cone of cold DISMEMBERS a black bear!
Nosajj's wrath MUTILATES an examining explorer!
A black bear's claw DISMEMBERS an examining explorer!
Your claw misses an examining explorer.
An examining explorer is covered with bleeding wounds. (50% - 75%).

Crystalline Dragon in Mt. Kiadana-Rah casts cone of cold from fingertips too like the elemental in that post. I think it would be more stylish for it to cast from maw, like it was its icy breath. More draconic in my opinion.
