The 'repair organ' spell doesn't appear to have any actual effect after usage. Two examples I can give;

Vhloughveng says 'eyes are clawed out.'

Vhloughveng grunts as you force her damaged organs to twist into their proper places.

You say to Vhloughveng 'You can see again?'

Vhloughveng shakes her head.

You raise an eyebrow at the notion.

Your innards are wracked with agony as Farniby disrupts them!
Your lungs convulse, and you fight for air!

The pain in your lungs keeps you from getting enough air!
Your asphyxiation mauls you.

You grunt as you force your damaged organs to twist into their proper places.

The pain in your lungs keeps you from getting enough air!
Your asphyxiation mauls you.

You are affected by:
Spell: 'repair organ' for 23 hours.
Spell: 'repair organ' modifies constitution by -1 for 23 hours.
Physical effect: 'disrupt organ' modifies constitution by -5 for 12 hours.

In both cases, 'repair organ' seems to have neither lessened the impact nor the duration of the maledictions.

Neither of these are affects that repair organ actually fixes. There is always healing that comes along with the spell, so it's not actually doing nothing at all.
