It is ridiculously hard to kill tremblefist.
His bodyguards are hooded to a level 35, he
has two of them, and he has sanc, + Invoker
shields with scions shielding it. Unless
my logger didn't work, I have a log of this
thing killing me + another rank 36 imperial,
after fighting it for about 1 hour in real time.
Please tell me not by design...

It is harder than most outers, because Tremblefist is not an outer. He is somewhere between an outer and an inner. For now, yes, this is by design.
