If you look under "help shapefocus" it says you receive four shapes in your major focus and two in your minor, but at the bottom of the webpage for shapeshifters it says: "Shapeshifters receive six different forms they can shift into between their two foci (three in each focus)."
I am assuming one of these are incorrect, but being new to shapeshifting, I don't know which one.
