Casting this on another seems to cost the caster half their movement points, instead of the target who is being recalled.
For example:
<503/503hp 674/674m 456mv 2 PM civilized 641> cast 'word of recall' Warrior
Warrior disappears.
<503/503hp 634/674m 228mv 2 PM civilized 641> cast 'word of recall'
By the Temple Altar
A pit for sacrifices is in front of the altar.
Warrior the groupmate is here.
(White Aura) The healer is here.

Loraken's group:
<32 Tra> Transmuter 100% hp 88% mana 25% mv 197659 xp

Reading the helpfile for word of recall, it makes no mention of a movement cost to either the caster or target. The helpfile for the 'recall' skill does, however, state that recalling will cost you half your movement points.
Now, was this an oversight, or by design? Thanks guys, I know your busy. Keep up the good work!
