When I rolled the Char, I chose dex as the main stat, yet when I am getting around to training my dex, Im capped at 21. I know I specifically chose dex, so any help for future would-be h-elf/h-drow would be able to get what they wanted. Thanks.

I'd say you're smoking crack. I just rolled up both half-elf and half-drow and picked dexterity and ended up able to have 23 & 24 dex.

hrm, maybe I just messed up? Ohh well, in any manor, I chose Dex and got strength, just making sure it wasnt a bug or anthing like that.
