#4672, "Galadon thief guild rings."

I'm currently a good standing member in the guild and am unable to wear the rings. I've identified them and I see nothing that would prevent me from wearing this item. I've asked another thief to try one on and the same results. they get zaped and drop the ring.

That shouldn't be a factor. They are guild rings not city rings. seems a bit crappy that I'm unable to show my pride in the guild I belong to.
