How about changing half elves, so they are like other races that get something naturally and can't prac the skill? I didn't realize halfies got infra until after I was able to practice the skill and tried to cast it. So now not only am I out those two pracs, but I could wind up missing out on bonus gains in a skill on a lvl, by having it go into infra.
