Bug or by design? If it's design I'll be bringing it up on gameplay.

1) You might ask yourself why having a shield that allows your opponent to execute a reduced-chance bash against you isn't such a bad thing, especially given the invoker class's shortcomings.

2) You're welcome to bring it up on Gameplay, but I don't see it changing.
