Syntax: Discern <target>
Having observed both wizards and enemies of battle effectively, scouts are
capable of seeing what magical auras and spiritals affects are applied upon
their enemies. Given time, Scouts have even been rumored to determine the
duration of those affects.
Just sort of off in its name vs the skill name.
