I raided with with a good aligned tribunal the other day, so we couldn't group. I think he got all the raid bonus exp rather than me, since we were not actually grouped and he landed the killing blow and then gave the fetish to the executioner.

Would it be fair to say that it is reasonable for all members in the cabal of the character who deals the killing blow to get the raid exp if they are fighting that cabal guardian?

By bad design, in that we only know who got the killing blow at the time of death, not everyone who was fighting it.
