A ghost's faerie fog is able affect anyone, bringing PCs out of hiding/camo. I am unsure of a bard's reveal all, but this seems to run counter to the logic behind making ghosts unable to heal others.

Faerie fog can be used out of PK, and it is much shorter duration for those out of PK. If they are a ghost, they are out of PK.
