Again, I'm not sure if it's a feature of just my char or general.
Here's the problem:
Previously, I remember that from about 6 months ago when I hade
another whip/flail spec, strip could have one of four outcomes:
a) You miss entirely
b) You disarm them, and the weapon is on the ground
c) You disarm them and manage to catch their weapon
d) Their weapon is noremove/nodisarm and won't budge or something
Now, it seems, b) is totally eliminated (while previously it was the
most frequent outcome for my low-dex warrior). Now I either miss
entirely or catch their weapon. Not a single time did the weapon go
to the ground.
Note: I only used strip against mobs so far, didn't test the pk.
