Frail: You may have a frail body. Weak: You might be physically weaker than others of your race. Clumsy: You might be less graceful than others of your race. Ignorant: You might be less intelligent than others of your race. Foolish: You might be less clever than others of your race. Sickly: You might be more sickly than others of your race. Repulsive: You might be less suave than others of your race. Teleportation Sickness: You might be disoriented and sickened by magical transport. Narcoleptic: You might fall asleep randomly. Gimpy: You might limp around on one crippled leg. No Undead: You might be unable or unwilling to craft undead. Myopic: You might have poor vision. Dopey: You might be an inherently poor learner. Macho: You might be too macho for your own good. Coward: You might be a huge sissy. Disorganized: You might be disorganized and have a hard time managing your possessions. Hemophiliac: You might bleed more freely than most. Squeamish: You might be squeamish and easily nauseated by the sight of blood. Unlucky: You might have bad luck. Rushing Adrenaline: You might be slow to calm down after a dangerous encounter. Ancestral Curse: You might be the scion of an accursed lineage. Oblivious: You might be oblivious to what goes on around you. Extreme Paranoia: You might be extremely paranoid. City Slicker: You might be very uncomfortable in the wilderness. Late Bloomer: You might have started an adventuring career later than others. No Internal Monologue: You might be prone to speaking your private thoughts and conversations aloud. Xenophobic: You might be xenophobic and uneasy around other races. Painless: You might have no sense of pain or your current physical condition. Untuned Arcanist: You might be unattuned to sleek wands. Abjuration Repudiator: You might be wholly unable to make use of aura, barrier, or shield. Old Wound: You might have an old wound that reopens at times in battle. Planar Instability: You might have an unstable relationship with the planes, causing issues with recalling. Glimpse of Insanity: You might be prone to bouts of insanity. Mood Swings: You might have mood swings which dictate your behavior. Two Left Feet: You might have been born with two left feet, making it hard not to fall. Hoarder: You might be a compulsive hoarder.
What should happen is one hand flaw should be on that list.
