Not sure if intended, but cannot bind new elemental after one dies..
You've already bound an elemental!

When the cooldown is done, you can conjure and bind another one. Or, you can re-bind the one you have and not start a new timer, so if it dies on the second binding, you can immediately conjure and bind a new one.
There are also some questy neat things that you can have as para-options.
