When practicing covert, it had a surprisingly low fail rate when opening containers or doors in the guild.

When I mastered covert, the very same doors I used to practice the skill now result in 100% fail rate.

You didn't give me echoes, the room, the door, the logs or anything.

So I'm going to put as much effort into looking into it.

Which is making this post without doing anything else until you give me more information.

Location: Practicing in Galadon thief guild, west door inside the guild near the guildmaster.

Prior to mastery:
- can openthe door to the west without stepping out of hiding

Upon mastery:
- opening the door causes one to step out of hiding.

Expected
- when mastered, I would expect to seldom if ever step out when opening the door.

The echo
"You step out of hiding."

Covert has nothing to do with not stepping out of hiding.

I think you're mixing up covert and improved hide.

Why must you do this to lil ol Ish?
