When fighting the maran, I was knifed by a thief and then redirected. He fled and I was still tanking the maran when a tick went through and I saw no bloodlust regen in combat. Is it a bug? Log below but will need to be snipped as all active people.

You were out of combat during the moment the tick moved over. So you won't get the benefits (or detriments) of being in combat for that time period.
