I don't know if this is intended to be usable on others but the log snip shows me targeting a groupmate and the supplication landing on me, which seems odd. I confirmed the groupmate did not receive the buff.

I was trying to be nice to shamans, since shammies can only put buffs on themselves, so that you'd at least still get the buff when targeting elsewhere.

But instead I'll just make it like the others. Now instead you'll just get an echo you can't cast it on others.
