Who was this victim? Were they duo? etc.
As it is, that alone doesn't show me a bug.
To explain, the echoes fire BEFORE the snare hits anyone. Hence why it shows as 'someone' there. After that the person would be brought out and then hit.
So based on that pic, it is working as intended unless it isn't hitting them at all.
In which case it is more likely that the echo is firing INCORRECTLY - as the damage isn't applying, meaning it is probably someone who shouldn't be triggering anything at all.
