Should I be able to see a duo muter in that sense?

So before someone said duo wasn't working right, so I cleaned up the logic. In the process of that, I broke it. So now I unbroke it.

What level are you? What are you wearing? Did you fight them recently? etc.

Lots can play into this, so it'd be helpful if it were more than barely any information.
