Okay so, this bug was a remnant creation caused by an improvement Zulg made a long time ago. He made it so you could enter a PART of a name (instead of a full thing), and it would search who is online, and then pull their full name - as many commands do.
The problem is that this doesn't work for people who have multiple appearances/names (like shapeshifters).
So we're reverting a little bit.
Thief waylay now works exactly how ranger waylay works.
You put in the full name of the person you want to waylay.
If it's a shapeshifter, it needs to be the form they are going to arrive in. Which also means shifters can get clever by switching between forms - which I like.
