Wasn't sure if this was a direct bug, an oversight of item class or just that strengthen ignores the finger slot altogether.

Can not be strengthened even though it is natural and armor.

Would this be better as an assumed typo or was it ok to post here?

Fine to post here.

Strengthen does not work on finger slot, correct.
