Someone starts aiming at you! Nunthdhrag disappears suddenly. Nunthdhrag arrives suddenly. Sensing Nunthdhrag's distraction, a skaldic ogre makes a run for it!

Certain acts displace you. Certain types of displacement can interrupt other things. Slaves take any chance they can to run, and you disappearing and reappearing is such a chance.
