Now there's no echo at all when successfully meta-slowing someone who is +1 speed.

Okay so the problem is that the echoes ping off of a buncha stuff.

So there's no echo if someone is HASTED.

You'd think it'd be easy to go "oh well add an echo there" except this stuff is a tangled web of types of haste so it's hell.

Damnit.

Should be fixed maybe this time?
