Expected: would improve on hand to hand and exotic skills

Actual: currently the skill is at 95%. On equal time spent on hand to hand, exotic, and polearm, it only increased on the polearm.

So a few things.
1) If you aren't parrying with your hands, it isn't going to do much of anything including improve.
2) It seems to be improving fine on an exotic, though as your exotic skill might be lower, it'll be less often.
3) Seems fine with polearm.
