Expected: rogue undead would land bash sometimes, though probably fairly infrequently as it is not a giant sized mob.

Actual:
Something seems kind of weird with the rogue undead's bash. I've never bothered to actually look up until now since it fired so rarely with the bug I always just put it down to bad luck, but even if its intended to not be a strong bash this seems kind of off and it is very visible post fix.

Bash stats (since level 51 as best as I can tell):
Total bashes: 219
Successful bashes: 2 (both against low level mobs)
Bashes that hit bash protection or evade: 4
Missed bashes: 213

Tried giving it lots of heavy things to hold, against smaller targets, etc. No dice.

Steps to reproduce:
(Level 51 necromancer if relevant to anything):
1. Grab a rogue undead greater undead.
2. Go fight stuff.
3. Weep at no successful bash.

Repro rate: pretty much infinitely!

I set up a debugger and watched it, bash chances were normal.

RNG is a thing, and if you're bashing players it's always going to be harder, and if you're bashing NPCs remember your zombie isn't a giant or anything.
