While I was testing smear mud on the assassin mob I noticed
two vastly different affects from axe kick. Both times I received the same message but see below quite a varying strength affect when dex stays the same. Is it strength supposed to be variable or it this a bug or should there be a different message if it does more strength loss?

Skill: 'axe kick' modifies strength by -4 for 11 hours.
