#24310, "Low practice at level up"


          		 

I levelled up with a gnome shifter at bullfrog form. I have
23+3 wisdom at normal form and i gained 4 practice at level
up. I didnt check it Before maybe i gained low practice at
recent a few level yp too. Now i am level 21. Is There a
possible bug about +wisdom while leveling at form as a
shifter?

Shapeshifters level up, when in form, using their *base* stats
- not their stats modified by gear.
