Chromatic fire will try to heal the target but you get the echo that your healing only works on yourself as a shaman.
Dragon strength will target them but because it seems to only be a self target spell it will still give you the dragon strength.
It tries to give you barrier but cannot due to sanctuary. Given that the spell is mostly about being zany maybe it should override sanctuary?
Also please make it either 1 round or maybe not give a saving throw to the target (yourself or the enemy)? It uses so many 1 round spells and has such a high risk that making it 1 round would make it both usable and unreliable (which it is going for).
