Maran was well in to convulsing at 1PM, perhaps a few hits from death.

So healers took a serious nerf when they lost the ability to heal outers. Presumably to encourage progressive retrieving.
But this paladin aco/healer combo figured out a away. Maybe Altruism/healing sleep or something.

So the Maran was hurt and then was less hurt.

There are things you can still do to outers to heal them, though it's typically terribly inefficient.

So nothing here stands out to me.
