Waiting to hear test results from an orc, but with my goblin, the Sword of Darkness failed every. single. bloodsteep. I must have tried 10, 20 times, and have had no issue with other swords. Is this by design, or something weird at work? It's level (45) was not that much higher than mine (40).

Not every weapon is as friendly to being bloodsteeped.
