I knock out this Shaman and proceed to bind them. I don't have any issues with being poisoned or taking damage from the Toxic Aura, but should it wake the Shaman and put us in combat? If so, that means this one spell totally negates a binder. If that is the case, then that spell needs to be nerfed.
