Eye for an eye only works if the target is in the same room. It used to have global range like unerring smite. I could not find anything on it being tweaked.

This will go in with the next clump of fixes.

Eye for an Eye will once again work at range.
If you pick no target, it'll aim at the last person you were fighting.
