I have sure footing perfected, was in a wilderness, and was bashed/thrown into complete immobility for 20-30 rounds.

Even while learning the skill on bashing mobs, I never noticed any deviation from the usual 1-4 rounds of lag from being bashed.

There are a ton of variables with bash so depending on the circumstances you may or may not notice a big impact, but as far as I can tell it is/should be working.
