Within the Fires of Dawn
Pillars of fire explode and swirl at a maddening pace. Tentacles
of fire grasp and surround you, but are strangely cool to the
touch. The clamor of a million hammers seem to echo from every
direction. Underneath your feet, the ground shudders, and great
mounds of earth boil up. The flames seem to extend without
end, instead erupting with ever growing intensity.
The brush around you roars with the fury of several wildly blazing fires!
An enormous fiery giant rises out of the flames, a mountain of earth on his back.

And never seen that. Granted it's been many years, and I feel like there was a change to make teleport more dangerous semi-recently, but I would have sworn that wasn't possible.

I was never ever hit by the idea of "something's wrong" when it happened to me because it was so convenient. Teleporting to Organia was like almost the only way to teleport safely on Southern Continent.
