I was sleeping duo at the council and they were plagued

You feel hot and feverish.

Autosaving.
You feel solid again.
You writhe in agony from the plague.
You step back into three dimensions.
Your sickness scratches you.

I made someone who is duo immune to catching plague (NCR), but I'm not entirely convinced it's unreasonable to allow a contagion to spread to someone who is flat.

They are in the Material Plane (or other in-game planes) but 2D. Duo should really be a little different than it is (e.g., we can see 2D images just fine, depending on our angle) but it would be nice if it had some reasonable limitations too.
