#22212, "Bloodletting issues"

This has been an issue with all my orcs. Can we either fix it or remove the messages saying can take the pain of a fresh bloodletting? It seems like the -con affect should remain longer, but you should be able to do it again after the other effect fades.

Physical effect: 'bloodletting' modifies constitution by -2 for 6 hours.

Funny enough, looks like there was a single missing line so it was doubling up when it should only be applying once.

Now:
1) If it fails, you get the shorter duration one.
2) If it succeeds, you get the longer duration one.

You won't end up with both, thus no double echo.

This will fix a few bloodletting issues.

Thanks for pointing it out!
